Not happy with my purchase extremely disappointed. I bought a new dining table and a three piece sectional couch. First issue, my table was held back due to "Tariffs Issues" is what I was told, so they offered me to take what was displays in store. 2 weeks with it and 2 screws already fell out. More over, the sectional has two corners seats that sink in while other seats are firm, even tho I tried to move cushions around to see if that was the issue but it's definitely the couch. They have the best quality furniture in town! Not only great merchandise, the pricing is solid too! My family went to all the furniture stores in Murrieta and by far this place had the best furniture. The quality and the price you can’t beat. The customer service is above and beyond! Told him that we lived less than a mile away and wanted a quote to have it delivered. The owner basically said I’ll take care of it and delivered the furniture at no cost. A review LONG overdue. PayLess Furniture is the only place we go to for stocking our home. When I was looking for furniture to fill my first apartment years ago, living on my own, I was told to go here by my mom, who also prioritizes this place when she's looking for something. You could say the favor towards PayLess spans generations. I continued to go to Tom when my boyfriend and I moved in together.
