Outside of f the cars being dirty, I’m still waiting 16 business days and 11 business days later for my deposits to be returned. I am just being told today that Payless would have to fax over a release form to my bank. If this is protocol, it would be nice to know this in advance! Gotta be the worse!
I wish I could give a ZERO! Do not go to this place. It is a car rental place inside Wal-Mart with no cleaning crew for their cars. We had a mini van reserved in February and we show up today to pick up the van and it’s not there. Agent has no remorse and offered us a pick up truck instead of a van. No mini vans available and they don’t care. Waiting for 2 hours for a another vehicle that may show up that is not the type of vehicle we need. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

We had a great experience with Payless car rental! We did not get the RAV4 that we had hoped for, but we got a Ford Edge which worked out perfectly. They do put a $250 hold on your account until you get back and return the car. But the $250 was dropped off my card and only the car rental showed up. Would definitely rent from them again☺️
