Tom was great in getting me in and out in a short time and was very courteous. Especially after having to drive an additional 30 mins out of the way due to technical difficulties at other location.
Budget Car Rental at the Kirkman location was fantastic to work with. Christy and Tom provided excellent, friendly service, and the rental process was smooth with no issues or unexpected fees. I’ll definitely rent from them again!
I received a parking bill 6 weeks later after renting. It's not my problem that the hotel where Payless operates out of doesn't know the plates of their client(Payless) cars. They charged my credit card for this $260+. I reported this to Tom at least 4 times and keep receiving the runaround. He needs to get more personally involved in his job.
