Had a decent experience here with Tom good customer service very friendly and got me in and out quickly.
Didn't get to make it to my rental I have been calling for 2 days to try to arrange a pickup which I was supposed to pick up today at 3:00 p.m. being that my car is out of service I kept trying to get in touch with local office I called customer service they told me that I can't talk to anyone at the local office unless I go there which really didn't make sense which I didn't understand that so I asked the young man I say so they have a phone and they don't have to answer it he goes oh yeah I'm like no your customer service ... read more

Do not waste your time with any of the other cheap companies that provide so called, good deals. They will lie, scam and waste your time. Just call Mark at Payless and he will give you the best deal in town with no wasted time or any hassles!
