They gave us a car with expired tags and insurance. Told us that was not true. We had the dmv check and they are the ones who told us. The manager said since we gave the keys back in the contract was closed although we were told if they keys were not turned in by that evening we would be charged. He then proceeds to say we put a chip on the windshield which was not true.
Was anxious about the location due to all the road construction and it being more complicated to drive downtown. But ultimately the decision to rent a car here was amazing. Rented a chevy Malibu that gave me absolutely no issues, Jamil took care of my wife and I in less than 10 minutes even though there was a line nearly out the door.
