Absolutely Worst car rental company to go through, i rentedca car for a week due to my vehicle being at the mechanics. I booked through Expedia to get the best deal possible ( 19/ day) I had to pay close to 800.00 for 1 week of use. The employees do not communicate prices or just in general regarding anything. Save yoyrself and your wallet. Go somewhere else.

I prepaid the rental fee when I booked, and charged the whole amount again after the rental. No explanation at the counter. I filed a claim but their answer was that they did not recognize the prepayment was for payless in spite of the booking confirmation showed payment for payless obviously. This is almost like a fraud. Stay away unless you want to pay double.

I spoke to Naya over the phone about modifying my reservation and she was so helpful and polite. Also I paid next to nothing for a last minute SUV reservation.
