Craig was amazing ! He was super patient with us and helped us adjust our reservation and for us the car we wanted. Above and beyond the call of duty. He should get a raise or be put into management . He has great people skills .

This is one of the fastest and easiest car rentals I’ve ever had. The location is extremely convenient and easy to get to from the airport. You get off the plane, and it’s right there. The attendant that helped me, Craig, was very friendly and got me on my way with simple clear instructions. It was a great start to my first ever Montana vacation!
Absolutely the smoothest and easiest car rental I’ve ever gone through. Demi with Budget was prepared, so friendly and knew exactly what she had to do. I’d give her 10/5 stars if I could. I def recommend!
After a stressful travel day, Sebastian at the Payless counter greeted us with amazing customer service and made it so easy to pick up our rental car. He gave us great recommendations for our trip and treated us with so much kindness. Rental car pick ups can be stressful, but this was quite the opposite.
