DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I reserved a van for spring break over a month ago. I called the company two weeks ago to confirm the reservation. I received an email two days ago from them confirming my reservation. I showed up on the day of pickup and the worker told me that they had no cars and they canceled my reservation. He said that someone called me yesterday but no one did. I checked my vmails and emails and did not receive anything. Our rental smelled like a houka lounge. It was nasty. The gas tank was only half full, contrary to the rental agreement. The tires needed inflated. One of the headlights did not work. Clearly these cars are poorly maintained, and rarely cleaned, if ever. You may pay less with Payless Overland Park, but it will cost you more. I would strongly urge anyone considering renting here to look elsewhere.
