They never answer the phone !!
Was charged full extra day when car was there in the time it was due. Was told I would get a refund. This happened in may. Today 7/17/25 was told the refund take 7/10 biz days. Today is the 9th biz day still not there and said now I have to call back tomorrow. DO NOT ever use Avis or Payless they are thieves!
I called in the morning to confirm their closing time of 6 pm. I arrived at 4 pm and they were already closed. Another customer was at their door, equally frustrated by the early closing. Very unprofessional. I will not book a rental from this business ever again.
These people are thieves. I filled the tank up and when I dropped off the car the attendant asked me was the car full and I said yes. I get a bill on my credit card for $60 for gas. They just lied and added that fee plus other filler fees that weren't disclosed when checking out just so they can keep my deposit. DO NOT USE!!!
I hate giving bad ratings but this was a nightmare. I didn’t want to use this location but Unfortunately it was my only option. For starters, no one answers the phone. There will be people standing inside the shop while the phone is ringing and they won’t answer. The customer service is awful and they don’t even acknowledge you when you’re speaking to them about concerns that they have. Secondly, you’ll have to wait 30 minutes or more in order to be seen.
