I rented a car from Friday to Monday. Returned the car with a full tank of gas, no damages and, no garbage in the car. It was clean. A week later I get an email for a $250 cleaning charge because the car needed vacuuming because of small particles coming from shoes that they zoomed in on. Do not expect your car to be there! We reserved a 12 passenger van for a family vacation in March for our July trip. Call and confirm the reservation a week before. Got there waited two hours to get to the counter for them to say our van wasn’t there. The lady was not helpful at all or understanding of frustration. I ended up spending 4 hours at the airport to finally get a 8 passenger suv! Go with another company. National was great.
This was of the WORST experiences I’ve ever come encounter with! The girl (Brandy)at the counter was so rude and nasty! She was extremely tired from staying up to do whatever she does at night which made her cranky and wouldn’t stop yawning saying she was tired. She really DON’T deserve this job at all with her bad attitude! Please FIRE her ! Her name is Brandy!
take care with this people, they will steal koney from your card, make vieeos and pictures when u return the car and after they steal your money u will have to wait a long period to be solve so take care
