Amazing customer service! I came in with a fairly complicated insurance issue last Saturday and the man behind the counter was very patient and super helpful in resolving my issue.
Very poor customer service, got hung up and Language barrier needs to be worked on with employees on Pacific street location, people at the airport were GREAT!. I Couldn’t make out anything the guy was saying on the phone, and could tell he was getting frustrated. Pricing is never the same. The first time I changed locations they charged me 12.00 then I called again to change it to back to original drop off and they charged me 25 and said “depends on our system” I will never be renting from this place or any payless again.
