Scam of a company, brought my 2022 ram in for some work, got a truck to use for the day from this company, employee in the morning over extended the passenger side mirror and couldnt get it back, which I took pictures of before I left. When I returned it later that day it was a different employee (who was apparently the manager) and was extremely ignorant, essentially called me a liar, wouldn't look at my picture or the cameras to resolve it and prove what i was telling him. We called in and got immediate service and support, were able to rent a car in the hour. Unbelievably helpful and kind. ALL the other rental agencies in the area were useless - no one picked up their phones, nothing was available, but PAYLESS was AMAZING. We had a great deal on an SUV and even extended effortlessly by calling in at 8am the morning of our expected return. I wish ever business operated this well! Thank you Payless!
