Didn't have a regular vehicle available. Had to settle for an all electric vehicle. Different experience. After I figured out the controls, everything was smooth.
if I could give zero starts I absolutely would!! DONT EVER book with this company! I called PRIOR to booking to see if they would take my debit card for my rental! They ASSURED me they would with an additional refundable deposit. NO PROBLEM! I booked a 12 PASSENGER VEHICLE for me and my family to go on a trip TONIGHT! Mind you lodging was paid for as well! Customer Service is great!!!
We were charged almost $70 dollars for gas even though we filled the tank at the airport service plaza, literally a quarter mile from the drop off. When my wife called about it they implied that she was lying. We sent a copy of a bank statement showing the charges but to no avail. I will be spending my military retirement money elsewhere from now on.
