Payless deserves zero stars for the ignorant employees they have working at the Denver International Airport location. The behavior of the employees at this location was absolutely disgusting. I arrived at Payless slightly later than my reservation stated because my flight came in late. After waiting in line, the representative who called me up began the rental process.
