Great price for my Chevrolet Trailblazer today. I'm going to post a separate review about the rental car hub at Burbank Airport under separate cover. Just know that all of the rental car companies are located past the terminal and parking structure. You have to walk quite a distance to get to the rental car counters. Terrible.. they deserve 0 stars
I had a terrible experience with Payless. I booked a car in advance, only to be told upon arrival that the car—or any similar vehicle—was unavailable. This is unacceptable. Why allow reservations if you cannot honor them? The staff offered no solutions, no compensation, and no accountability. It’s clear they don’t value their customers’ time or trust. I will never rent from Payless again.
I was unable to find an easy solution to contact Payless regarding a non-injury auto accident I was involved in. The website link was dead. Payless is owned by Avis Budget Group. I filed a report via Avis website and never received any type of a response. Few days later, I had an issue with one of the rear tire that was leaking and repairable.
