I have used Payless at this particular location in Grandview and have been nothing more then completely satisfied with the customer service #1, the expectations of the reservation having been met and the ease in making the reservation including modifications to it! This place is awesome and my go-to for renting a car! Thank you!
Soooo the guy at the counter was honest and accomodating BUT yet again horrendous company to deal with. Went through a 3rd party site and reserved a Genesis SUV. Got there and was given a red Camry hybird. Was told they DO NOT keep luxury vehicles ever at the 1512 Main location and told to call customer service as it is a so called glitch in the system. What it is really, classic bait and switch. 4 lying reps later got a Nikki on the phone who stated there are NO supervisors on call the others before her lied about why they ... read more

Rented a vehicle from this location and Abdi was an amazing representative of this company. Traveled over 60 miles to assure we got the vehicle we had requested. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasent and enjoyable in-n-out experience. I would recommend renting from this location to anyone in the future. Thank you Abdi for your hard work and professionalism!
