Don’t rent from this company! There’s a reason why they have so many bad reviews. Customer service is atrocious. Beware of the service desk when checking in. They will add charges despite you verbally declining. Waited an hour and a half after my pick up time to get my rental. You never get a final receipt - only charge your credit card hoping you don’t notice the additional charges. If you try calling they hang up on you. Very shady business practices. Go through Enterprise instead.
Friendly staff but can be long waits
No one at desk, has to call Avis manager who is even late for 2+ hours. One of the worst rental car experience.
You really gotta watch them and check your receipt at the beginning and fees and return your car on time! They triple charged me for being two hours after...but still early in the morning. Plus, they added insurance onto it for another $34 a day and they never told me the price and I'm pretty sure it got sneaked into there. When I called customer service about the second charge....they hung up on me when I told them they should charge me for two hours or an additional day not all three.
