We had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get a reserved car 4 months earlier. They did not have the Jeep we reserved, forced to downsize for the same price small Mazda which was dirty filthy. That's all they had in stock, waiting for cars to be returned to rent out. So many people just waiting. The flight was shorter than the car rental time
Busy only few people working very unorganized. When picking up a car it would take a good 1.5 hour
This is a terrible company, Budget also. They are both together. We had a reservation and arrived. There are 90 people in line to help and 50 outside. People have been waiting for 2 hours inside and after they process the paperwork it’s another 40-60 min outside for a car to show up. We ordered an uber and cancelled.
Worst rental car pickup ever. People in line for 2 hours. Manager sees the line , does nothing. One group had some kind of problem and took over 30 minutes. Manager should have stepped in. Do not rent from payless/budget
