The wait is always excessive easily over an hour just to get to the counter. Every time. They know they have reservations. If staff is low they could automate the experience so keys are ready and people have already filled out information and just check IDs and hand out keys.

Waited over an hour in line just for them to tell me they don’t have the vehicle I reserved and it would be another hour and a half minimum wait until one MIGHT even come onto the lot. Then tried to tell me they had something else for more money and less quality car when I ordered an elite vehicle as it was. Absolutely ridiculous and will not be using them again.

By far the worst car rental experience we’ve ever had! It took over two hours for us to get our car. Over an hour wait to get though registration and then another hour to get our car. Car was dirty inside. Some mysterious spots on the back that look like blood. It was raining and the windshield wipers didn’t work properly, this made driving extremely dangerous and to top it all off the key battery was low. We were unable to lock the car. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get a reserved car 4 months earlier. They did not have the Jeep we reserved, forced to downsize for the same price small Mazda which was dirty filthy. That's all they had in stock, waiting for cars to be returned to rent out. So many people just waiting. The flight was shorter than the car rental time

Busy only few people working very unorganized. When picking up a car it would take a good 1.5 hour
