Terrible experience. Terrible manager. He was extremely rude to both my self and the front desk employee. When I calmly expressed my concerns about the space, the manager immediately became irritated with me. The front desk lady was very kind and professional, but the manager had an attitude from the moment I approached the counter. The company charged unauthorized charges and would not correct their mistake. They also charged me $171 to extend my rental by 4 hours and wanted to charge another $171 when I asked to change the extension from 4 to 24 hours. AVIS/payless is more concerned with making a profit than customer service. I would not recommend them

Went to the desk upstairs and the young lady told me to head straight downstairs to my car. Obviously she told me the wrong information and a gentleman downstairs from a different rental place named Charlie helped me. He was amazing and this is the only reason I’m giving the two stars for Charlie and Charlie alone. He was fixing mistakes left and right from the upstairs employees. Give that man a raise.
