Never rent with this company. We rented a minivan over the weekend and an hour after renting it, the car stopped working. Contacting them for this emergency took more than three hours since no one gave us a solution. Finally, they came to tow the car and told us they would call us to go to the airport to replace it. We were able to return the car late after the office hours - great advantage not mentioned at the website. Easy to make reservation, very helpful personel. I added the pre-paid toll to use highways and it worked fine. The car was clean and rather new, we had no problem. Thank you
