Folks, don't come here. These people—and the rental company itself—will charge you for an extra day just for showing up two hours late, and they treat you poorly. In short: stay away. They quote you one price initially, but then charge you a different one later on. They are completely useless. Do not come here to rent a car; I do not recommend it at all.
Don't bother telling them that you had a problem with your car rental. They do not care
The customer service was unacceptable. The employee showed no courtesy and addressed me with “What do you want?” rather than offering help. This is not how customers should be treated.
Reggie and Demaris (I might have spelled her name wrong) are the best! Always super friendly and super helpful. This is my go to for rentals for sure.
