I feel deceived. They told me that I could drop off and they would fill up the tank at comparable rates to out in town. They told me a number. What they ended up charging was 3 times as much as out in town. Good luck getting money back. Never will go to these guys again.

Unbelievably long line to get car. Took nearly 2 hours to wait in line. Either hire more people or don't sell so many cars when you dont have staff. Ill do my best never to use them again. Also it's the SAME LINE for budget, avis and Payless.

There are literally hundreds of people in a ridiculous line and not anywhere close to enough people working the counter. 2 hours in line. Pay the extra money and use one of the 2 other companies that are not payless, avis, and budget because they are the same company (it's very shady that they bother pretending to be 3 different ones). Bad experience.

Great crew here. I left my cell phone in my car and went back 5 minutes later and the car was gone. One of the crew drove me around looking for it. Final the cleaning crew brought it back. What a relief. Thanks for all your help.
