Great crew here. I left my cell phone in my car and went back 5 minutes later and the car was gone. One of the crew drove me around looking for it. Final the cleaning crew brought it back. What a relief. Thanks for all your help.
Absolutely horrible service only one person working and barley working at that. No manager present or sense of urgency. Avoid Payless budget & Avis at all costs in RSW. But definitely avoid Payless
Waited 1.5 hours in line to get a car on a Monday. Over 100 people in line and just 3 staffers working. Absurd.
Over an hour long wait. Staff were rude and joked about how slow they were taking while bullying customers. Use someone else
