They dont deserve a star. Its called payless hahaha, you pay more. Payless is the worst car rental place i ever been to.
Very poor experience in check out today. I have sent a complaint to Payless online as well. Firstly, the signage for car return is not well written. I don’t understand why you can’t just park the car in an available parking spot. The guy under the tent started yelling at me when I asked if I could just park it where I was, as I was in a hurry.
