Terrible experience. Waited in line for over 2 hours because there wasn’t enough staff, and after all that, they still didn’t have a car available. To make things worse, I couldn’t even cancel my reservation easily. Extremely poor service and a complete waste of time. Would not recommend.

I’m never coming back. Avoid these guys at all costs. They charged me an extra $86 for 'toll fees' even though I told the lady at the counter I wouldn't be using any toll roads. I didn't pass a single toll gate the whole trip! They basically took advantage of me being tired after a long flight to make me sign an agreement I didn't want. They aren't honest—go with a company that doesn't pull this kind of bait-and-switch.
