The absolute worst company to get a rental from, DO NOT BOOK, they cannot handle the rentals, you WILL sit in line for over 2 hours after your flight.
They repeat 10 times through the booking process that the client has to arrive on time for the booking, but they made me wait 4 hours to get the car.
Super easy access from Newark Airport- no trains needed,just elevators and escalators. Very clean and spacious. The wait was pretty short, but they didn’t have the car we ordered. Otherwise it was a really great experience and reasonable rates
This company is a scam and thief. They do not provide any services, their cars are in bad condition, their workers are disrespectful, and they withdraw money from credit cards without any right.
simply a terrible rental company. We have been standing in line for over an hour and we don't know how much longer. There are 15 positions and only 3 people working. What a disaster.
