Very smooth car rental. The receptionist was very polite and helped me with all my questions.
Nancy and Felicia are super rude front desk employees. We were standing off to the side to make a online booking and she told us it’s gonna take 30 minutes to load onto system. We went to the Avis counter right next to them and they helped us instantly with an online booking. Staff at front desk was very lazy and rude for Payless Car rental. No one in line either.
Service was simple and straightforward once I got to the counter, however, it took quite a while to get through the line as only one employee was available to help customers
