God awful rental company and policies
This company took 3 hours to get my partner and I our rental car we had a reservation for. I missed a good half of a very important wedding because of it and no one will contact me back to make it right.
The online quote I got with my reservation didn't include a bunch of fees they added on pickup. Not trustworthy. Do yourself a favor, just use a name brand. I'll never cheap out on rentals again.
Do not rent from here. Car was fine but the line was extremely long. They cannot provide me a receipt for my rental for work. Numerous calls to 1-800 customer service line and I was also hung up on by Josh. The 5th person I spoke to finally said they had a “system issue”. They gave me the number to Payless at SMF which doesn’t even connect. Worst customer service ever. Not worth the money you ‘save’ and I will never rent from here again.
SCAM - SCAM - SCAM!!! Beware of this place!!! Avoid renting a car here at all costs!!!. Horrible service from start to finish. First off customer service is trash. Man at the counter was way overcharging me for a rental I pre-arranged. When I asked why the price was more than what my contract said, he said he doesn’t know and to call “customer service”.
