Shortly after leaving in the rental, I realized the oil change light was on. Then the tire pressure light came on, so I went back to exchange it. The Avis representative that helped me was really pleasant and I exchanged the car. (I gave her a five star rating on Avis.) Unfortunately, the oil light was on in next car they gave me. Worst rental experience of my life! After waiting an hour in line, we had to wait another hour for them to ready a car that I had reserved a week prior. Staff was unhelpful, rude, and sarcastic. May have saved a buck but the experience and the time wasted wasn't worth it. Stay away from this poorly managed company.

This company took 3 hours to get my partner and I our rental car we had a reservation for. I missed a good half of a very important wedding because of it and no one will contact me back to make it right.

The online quote I got with my reservation didn't include a bunch of fees they added on pickup. Not trustworthy. Do yourself a favor, just use a name brand. I'll never cheap out on rentals again.
