Appt was early at 8am had 1 person in front of me. I spoke to Joy at Hartsfield and she was friendly BUT…MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I WAS CHARGED 26.99 A DAY FOR A LOSS DAMAGE WAIVER I NEVER ACCEPTED. I HAD 3RD PARTY INSURANCE THROUGH PRICELINE. I talked to an agent on the phone who said I would be refunded but he LIED. OMG!!! This is the worst car rental in the business!!! I rented a car without a spare tire in the trunk! I was stuck on the road from 2am until 10am waiting for a tire service garage to open. I was 2 hours away from my hotel. This happened on my vacation to Atlanta. I was scared to death!!!! NEVER, NEVER, RENT FROM A CAR RENTAL COMPANY WHO DOESN'T NOT PROVIDE SPARE TIRES. THERE WASN'T EVEN A JACK IN THE TRUNK!!!
