I would give a zero star review for this business. Why? 1. After booking a car rental online two months in advance, I arrived at the counter to be told “we have no cars”. 2. When I asked what Payless will do to help a stranded customer, I was told to “call customer service”. 3. After many minutes on hold for an agent, I was told that counter payments (vs payment at time of booking) are “subject to availability”. 4. Nowhere in the lengthy Terms is there any mention of fulfillment being “subject to availability”. What a horrib... read more
SCAM. My husband booked a rental weeks ago and we showed up just for them to tell us , “sorry, we overbooked and there’s no car for you”. Currently stranded with my three children at the rental place with no car and no other cars available at any of the other places. We used Priceline and they picked this for us. DO NOT let them book you a rental with this sham of a company. ZERO STARS.
If there was an option for no stars I would’ve given them that. I made my reservation A MONTH before my trip and only when I arrived to this location they proceeded to tell me that there were no cars left. Which already doesn’t make sense since my car should have been reserved!!! Talk about disorganization with planning. They had 3 people working. 30 people in line to get rentals. Also took 30 mins to get a shuttle from the airport. Worst experience I have had getting a rental car.
Horrible staff and service! The staff are just showing the hate to Jewish people. Don’t ever rent a car from this place.
