This place is horrible. Do no rent from there nobody is at the desk ever and the help line was terrible as well. Would give it less than 1 star if possible. Never Again!!!

Long story short: earlier this month I rented a car through a company called " Payless" which is a sister company of Avis. When I got to the counter they told me they couldn't rent me the car because my last name on my credit card didn't match the last name on my drivers license. I NEVER use my credit card and I paid for the rental in advance with my bank card. Don’t bother renting from here unless you want to be constantly disputing charges. A 24 hour trip and $40 rental turned into a month long dispute back and forth with this company and a $600 charge. The check in and return was too good to be true. All rules were followed and car was returned and told no need for check out at counter. Instead, the car was never closed out at return and was taken to another state where charges were added for the out of state driver on my receipt. A 1.7 star at time of review, I can see why. Horrible experience overall, FALSE advertising. If you book an ECONOMY, you WILL get an EV, they do NOT carry GAS Economy. I specifically booked an " Economy Car - Hyundai Accent or similar" NOT an EV Economy, then was told at counter that ALL the Economy cars were EV. Why have a GAS & EV Class if they are all EV, I had a lot of driving to do back and forth from Savannah to Jacksonville FL that week at early AM hours, no time to stop and CHARGE a vehicle. UN FRAUDE. Rente un auto movil por 7 dias a $5.00 por dia. Descontaron de mi tarjeta de credito $375.00 porque los impuestos de los impuestos mas los impuestos eso sumaron. Si alguien puede corroborar que los impuestos de Puerto Rico actuan de esta manera, entonces nadie deberia viajar a Puerto Rico, pero si la compañia esta abusando, entonces algun ABOGADO podría hacer algo al respecto.
