Payless at Columbus Ohio airport refused to honor prepared car type even with the receipt. Very poor service and horrific multi hour wait time
I'm a real person and not a bot and I'm leaving this here as a bastion of Hope for anybody looking to rent from Payless who saw the previous reviews. I was very worried at first when I saw the reviews but for $30 a day on a car I had to take the risk. The entire experience was very streamlined and smooth and the only hiccup there was was that the original car that I ordered (mid-sized sedan) didn't have the keys nor do they know where they were. So instead they upgraded me to a really nice compact SUV for no additional cost.... read more
Zero stars, car was filthy and smelly. Outside had so many dings and dents I took pictures and a video in their lot before driving off. Did everything I was supposed to and a couple weeks a surprise charge on my credit card. They say it’s because I was slightly late to pick it up. Go charge the airline for their hour flight delay. I will never deal with this business. Bunch of criminals
