Where to start, the car was dirty when i picked it up in and outside, it needed an oil change, had no wiper fluid and as the windshield was dirty i didnt see the chip in the windshield.(edited due to charge cost being fixed.) At the counter i was not provided a contract to sign and after dropoff 2 days ago i still have not been provided a receipt. I have emailed my info, and will update when they respond. I rented a car through Payless and never received a receipt from them to get reimbursed from my company. I called customer service, no joke, 12 times and created an account on their website to request a receipt. Its been 30 days and they still cant figure out how to get me a receipt. Worst customer service ever.

I rent my car through Expedia, they’re just happen to be at the same place at Payless. The process was okay, there was only one staff so I waited for a while. Overall experience was okay.

BEWARE----I rented a car for two days in November at KC airport. I drove it to a suburb of KC (40 minute drive), parked it at a house locked for two days, returned the car to the airport two days later. I just received a notice that I am getting charged for a cleaning fee for smoke smell in the car for $450. I have never smoked a cigarette in my life, 72 yr old woman. They are trying to charge my credit card $450. Completely, stealing money from me. Quite the scam!!!!! I am furious and will fight it with my credit card. The ... read more
