I rent my car through Expedia, they’re just happen to be at the same place at Payless. The process was okay, there was only one staff so I waited for a while. Overall experience was okay.
BEWARE----I rented a car for two days in November at KC airport. I drove it to a suburb of KC (40 minute drive), parked it at a house locked for two days, returned the car to the airport two days later. I just received a notice that I am getting charged for a cleaning fee for smoke smell in the car for $450. I have never smoked a cigarette in my life, 72 yr old woman.
