Stay FAR away from this company if booking a rental for business travel. If you do, make sure you DO NOT LEAVE THE AIRPORT WITHOUT A PRINTED RECEIPT. If they tell you the receipt will be sent to your email, do not believe them, they are lying. Trying to get a receipt from the website is a useless endeavor, as you'll just have your tickets closed saying it was sent, with no receipt hitting your inbox. Horrible company. Don’t ever book with them. Only reason I did was because the Army made me pick the cheapest one. They put me on a waitlist because they didn’t have cars available. 2 hour wait, and that’s what they said, I don’t know how long it’s gonna actually take. But after a long day of flying you don’t want to sit around for two hours and wait for a car…. Think twice before you use Payless

They rented an electeic vehicle to me, a vehicle I didn't want or request! The vehicle broke down on the highway causing me to miss my meeting. They organized a tow truck company to haul the vehicle. I called and explained the situation, i was told I'd get a full refund. Now they're telling me they down know the whereabouts of the vehicle and are refusing to refund my payment and deposit. I have rented vehicles from other companies and have never had such a poor experience!!!
