Never again. I have to wait over 2 hours to get a car. This is the worst service ever!!!
CAUTION: Take pictures of all damages no matter how minor. Do not assume they have already documented it. Payless will charge you for a complete windshield replacement for a small chip even if it was there at the time of rental unless you have a clear picture of it with a date and timestamp indicating it was already there. The burden of proof is on you not them. They do not readily provide you with a form for you to conduct your own inspection. Overall the experience was OK but as many others reviews point out the pick up process is broken at this location. Had to wait with many others over two hours for a car to be available. The staff seemed like this was normal business for them but weren't overly friendly or helpful. The car was fine and the drop off process was smooth but overall you'll be much less frustrated if you go with another rental company, specifically at this location. I know I will be.
Got to the airport due to a delay about two hours after the car should have been ready to pick up. Then they say there is an hour and a half wait to get a car. Absolutely crazy what is the point of the reservation.
Wouldn’t recommend. Even if you reserved days ahead they ran out of cars and it was a 2 hr plus wait . Currently trying to get a refund
