Flight was early. No cars available had to wait an hour then go stand back in line to get my vehicle. Couldn't event get checked in and just called when the vehicle was ready. Ridiculous

If I could leave negative stars, I would. The reason their up front price is so cheap, is because they charge outrageous hidden fees!

I would never rent from Payless again. I went through 4 rental cars in the span of 10 days. the first vehicle had another renter in it. The second vehicle has all the Maintenance Lights on. The third vehicle was significantly smaller than I needed. I drove it for a couple of days but then I got an error message that the airbags and seatbelts would not work if I was in an accident. I swapped out the car and was given a 4th vehicle, that needed an oil change, had issues with the emergency braking system, etc. Needless to say, ... read more

Biggest scam ever. Never using this company again. They completely screwed up my reservation and charged overtime fees for “picking up the car two hours early”, when we actually picked up the car late. When we picked up the car, they told us everything was covered and unlimited and never once said anything about making sure the gas tank was full and then charged me a $125 gas fee. Horrible customer service, and instead of the $41 per day we signed up for, we were charged over $300 for have the car for 1.5 days. Not to mentio... read more

No point in making a reservation; they won't have a vehicle even if you make a reservation.
