Had a 10am reservation arrive at 1030 to ensure that my car would be ready, just to find out when I get there that they didn't have any car's available it was literally 15to20 people ahead of me waiting which made me miss my daughter graduation that I had to get to that was five hours away,returned the car the night before drop off day they are say I dropped it off on the dropoff day when the car was there for over 12 hours before time.never again will I rent from them again worse experience ever
I don't know why this place has such bad reviews. My experience this past weekend was fine. I was in and out within 10 minutes. 4/5 stars though because the agent was slightly rude, but I got what I needed and the car worked great.
You can have a reservation and you still have to wait an hour that’s crazy bro do anything else but this. I walked up to the counter she said we don’t have any vehicles I said I have a reservation she said well I only have one reservation left for the day and while I was waiting my hour 5 other reservations came after me kind of crazy terrible customer service
