Booked a car two weeks ago. Got here and was told that I had a wait because the car was being cleaned. There were a lot of us waiting. I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes. This is so unprofessional! The staff at the counter were also rude. They were wearing Avis shirts. This is gross incompetence. Not sure they care about reviews as I see the have a lot of bad ones. I wish I had checked before making the reservation.
Had a 10am reservation arrive at 1030 to ensure that my car would be ready, just to find out when I get there that they didn't have any car's available it was literally 15to20 people ahead of me waiting which made me miss my daughter graduation that I had to get to that was five hours away,returned the car the night before drop off day they are say I dropped it off on the dropoff day when the car was there for over 12 hours before time.never again will I rent from them again worse experience ever
I don't know why this place has such bad reviews. My experience this past weekend was fine. I was in and out within 10 minutes. 4/5 stars though because the agent was slightly rude, but I got what I needed and the car worked great.
