Do not be seduced by the lower prices. Avoid this car company. I had a terrible experience with them assessing me for hundreds of dollars worth of damages days after I returned the car (nothing was pointed out to me when I returned it). CINDY AT THE CHECK-IN COUNTER IN JAX, REFUSED TO TAKE MY DIGITAL CREDIT CARD BECAUSE THE MACHINE DID NOT TAKE DIGITAL CARD AND CANCELLED MY BOOKING. DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED OUT OF $300 FOR ONE-DAY RENTAL WITH INSURANCE. 100% SCAMMERS.

I was told at the rental counter that LDW coverage was mandatory and could not be removed, even after I asked twice to decline it. I already have my own personal auto insurance and always refuse optional rental coverage. Very disappointed with the misleading information and sales tactics.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I rented a Tesla and they Took an additional $450 for some kind of cleaning fee. The vehicle was clean when I returned it, I don’t smoke, no animals no hair I’m bald headed for Christ’s sake! They had absolutely no reason to charge me $450 yet they did anyway! *Update, I was given a refund for the $450.
