Line to get rental car takes way too long. Hire more staff or simplify the process.
I was told at the rental counter that LDW coverage was mandatory and could not be removed, even after I asked twice to decline it. I already have my own personal auto insurance and always refuse optional rental coverage. Very disappointed with the misleading information and sales tactics.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I rented a Tesla and they Took an additional $450 for some kind of cleaning fee. The vehicle was clean when I returned it, I don’t smoke, no animals no hair I’m bald headed for Christ’s sake! They had absolutely no reason to charge me $450 yet they did anyway! *Update, I was given a refund for the $450.
Stay FAR away from this company if booking a rental for business travel. If you do, make sure you DO NOT LEAVE THE AIRPORT WITHOUT A PRINTED RECEIPT. If they tell you the receipt will be sent to your email, do not believe them, they are lying. Trying to get a receipt from the website is a useless endeavor, as you'll just have your tickets closed saying it was sent, with no receipt hitting your inbox.
