RENTER BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES - I give it one star only because I dont know if the 00000 zeroes they deserve will even register. I rented a vehicle back in April. The next day I noticed a slow leak in one of the tires. I immediately drove back to the airport to switch vehicles. Weeks later I received a bill for additional charges for damages as if I caused the slow leak in one tire. Customer service number is disconnected. No option to chat on the website. In person, I will only say that I have little patience for people who hate their jobs.
Terrible lines plan on it taking over an hour for your car.
There isn't enough staff in the front desk to accommodate all the reservations. We had to wait for 1 hour just to get a vehicle
