At Salt Lake City Airport, UTAH...Customer service location was fine. Service was good. However...we had to wait in line over an hour before getting our turn in line, which is why the 4 Stars :( Rental: 2026 4x4 Jeep Compass with leather seating was great for the 3 of us w 3 pieces of luggage (1 lrg, 2 rollies) and 3 backpacks...a 4th adult in the back seat area w their stuff would still be fine. Adding a 5th adult for a week would be pretty tight/cramped. Three kidds or small adults in the backseat...would prolly be ok. It ... read more
Horrible service. The line is over an hour long and there are two employees, one of them not even working and just sitting there scrolling on her phone.
Came in from Michigan which the time is 2 hours later than Salt Lake City.and we actually arrived 20 minutes early. We now have been waiting in line for over an hour and looking at the line now it still looks to be another hour or so. The time now is 11:15 pm but Michigan time is 1:15 am ( I am exhausted). This so far is the worst experience I have EVER had picking up a rental car.
Horrible. Long line and understaffed. Very slow. I’ve been in line now for over an hour and probably still have an hour before I get a car. They have no respect for our time or comfort whatsoever. Update. When I went to pick up my assigned car, there was no car in the spot. Apparently they have two separate software programs (the other with Avis), that have access to the same cars. So our assigned car had already been rented out, but still showed as available in the other software. Unbelievable incompetence for the year 2025... read more
