We rented a car in Seattle and Maria was very helpful with going over details on the rental car! We will be going back and renting from Payless in the future

At Salt Lake City Airport, UTAH...Customer service location was fine. Service was good. However...we had to wait in line over an hour before getting our turn in line, which is why the 4 Stars :( Rental: 2026 4x4 Jeep Compass with leather seating was great for the 3 of us w 3 pieces of luggage (1 lrg, 2 rollies) and 3 backpacks...a 4th adult in the back seat area w their stuff would still be fine. Horrible service. The line is over an hour long and there are two employees, one of them not even working and just sitting there scrolling on her phone.
Came in from Michigan which the time is 2 hours later than Salt Lake City.and we actually arrived 20 minutes early. We now have been waiting in line for over an hour and looking at the line now it still looks to be another hour or so. The time now is 11:15 pm but Michigan time is 1:15 am ( I am exhausted). This so far is the worst experience I have EVER had picking up a rental car.
