Bad service lady just talking to her friends
With two people in front of me and a full desk of workers it somehow still took an hour to get the car. Along with that they added about 10 different non-negotiable must have fees they don’t tell you about prior. They then also force charge upon charge on leaving the car. Fraudulent scam company- I implore anyone reading this to just book with a reliable known company such as enterprise.
Was smooth and had no problems!!! Great rental
You most be to be careful, i received my car full of Gas and i returned the same way… oh surprise, they make me a chargue for refulling, so I send a message to costumer service that they most to be wrong, so they ask me for the invoice, I send both images, when I refulled after go to the airport and when I refulled again almost arriving… but they never answer my claim.
Extremely slow and rude service. Also, signage is hard to locate. They’re at the same place as budget, but signs aren’t easily visible.
