unconscionably slow
After standing in a RIDICULOUS line, waiting 3 hours for my reservation I was greeted at the counter with nothing but attitude. I waa literally standing at the counter as the employee that checked me in (Keisha), turned to another employee to state "She is not liking the atmosphere." I understand at the time the rodeo was going on, in the midst of spring break however that is no excuse. Terrible service, no one to speak to. The pickup shuttle never came and we tried calling so many times to the shuttle number, but no one picked up the phone, it's all automated. We end up renting Uber to get to the airport to avoid missing the flight. It's definitely not cheap. I travel for work all the time and tent cars every week. So I know how most of the car rental works. This one is absolutely a disaster and very expensive service with lot of hidden charges.
