Slooooooowwwww. Rent from Turo
it took almost a full two hours in line to get a prebooked rental..the employee at the gate was rude, and us being told by two separate people to show id to leave when the email from southwest never loaded, she berrated us for not having a qr code [that was not received] ready because "well by not trying harder to find it you're making my job a lot harder, so I don't care, you really should look for it" (her exact words)
Reserved a price online through southwest portal. Decided to pay when I got there. Southwest said it would be $271. Got there and it was $690. Just do Turo or uber. Traffic is bad in Houston anyway. It’s cheaper to Uber than to evens rent a car
