They can TAKE the reservation… but they can’t HOLD the reservation. Haha. Made Reservation on their website not through a third-party But they did not have that vehicle upon arrival. Well they actually did have two but those were reserved 🤯 Said they could give me a smaller vehicle but could not adjust the price.
Joke of a place. Called for hours after I had dropped off the car to let then know the car had been returned, since they some have no after hours drop box. Never actually got through to drak in montrose, just always to a call center who said they couldn't help. Finally talked to someone who was able to pull up the reservation and note when the vehicle returned. Jump forward 5 days, they call to say they found a car in the lot that matched one I had rented, they claimed to have no knowledge the car been returned, just got mad... read more

They charged 700$ for 3 day rental. They have some of the most junkie cars. They are really rude also. Never will I rent from them again.
