Wish I would've read the reviews first. As a policy for their deposit they have to have a credit card, and if you only have a debit card they make you show a utility bill for the address listed on your ID. Never had this issue at car rental companies.

I booked a car and showed up to pick it up and they did not have the car I requested. However I got to work with Sindy who was manning the desk and she was amazing 👏 she found me a replacement vehicle that I was happy with and went above and beyond to make it happen, did I have to pay more, yes. But after reading the other comments I feel its important to mention that nicer things cost more money, and I was more than happy to pay because I will say it again Sindy was AMAZING. They can TAKE the reservation… but they can’t HOLD the reservation. Haha. Made Reservation on their website not through a third-party But they did not have that vehicle upon arrival. Well they actually did have two but those were reserved 🤯 Said they could give me a smaller vehicle but could not adjust the price.
