Joke of a place. Called for hours after I had dropped off the car to let then know the car had been returned, since they some have no after hours drop box. Never actually got through to drak in montrose, just always to a call center who said they couldn't help. Finally talked to someone who was able to pull up the reservation and note when the vehicle returned. They charged 700$ for 3 day rental. They have some of the most junkie cars. They are really rude also. Never will I rent from them again.

"Booked" and PREPAID for a rental on May 16 for a wedding at the end of September in Crested Butte. Checked my reservation the week before online. I arrived at the airport at 1PM (the time i reserved the car for) to be told, ohh you rented with Payless nothing available with a chuckle. Was rudely told to call to get a refund. When i called i was told they will waive the cancellation fee for my trouble. We ended up being helped by some nice locals who hooked up us with a local jeep rental company.
