The reviews don’t lie, but we were really hoping to be the exception. Unfortunately, our experience with this car rental company was exactly as bad as others had warned. The car we were given was absolutely disgusting. Crumbs, trash, and even clothing from the previous renter were still inside. We spent over an hour vacuuming and wiping everything down, and honestly, I still feel gross just thinking about it. Terrible service, waited in line for an hour and a half, they gave me the car that I didn’t order and when I complained they said they will make me wait more if I don’t like it. No apology or anything, just attitude
