Truly difficult to work with. Hours of my life have been wasted trying to obtain access to my money.
I will never use this company again! They could not make it more difficult to use YOUR own money! By far the most unethical company I’ve ever worked with…. Never again.
I submitted EOB for a hospitalization for 24 hrs due to a heart issue sent the EOB from the TPA and my claim was denied several times stating it was ineligible. My husband and I have had several issues with this company and they are continuously denying payment. They never tell you what the issue is and what they actually need and we spend hours and hours getting things to them. Can wait til I no longer need to use this worthless company. By far the worst company. I had a HSA from years ago and never knew it and all of a sudden a get a card from them because I moved to a new address and have a new job with HSA but with another company. My card had over $400 on it but after 5 years of a $5 fee monthly I knew nothing about they tell me I have $167 to use. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! I know they never issued a card before but they can't give me my money back either
