Quite disappointed actually. Our payment is late again and its been a month for them to change payment to the new caregiver. I call and if I'm fortunate enough to get a real person they can't answer basic questions. In this case no return call-back and we haven't been paid for my dad's Aid & Attendant VA pension. VA has been notified.
My payee has always been,helpful, respectful and she also has been sweet and nice to me and I appreciate that
I'm a caregiver and my client is ALWAYS late with payments, why even have a payee?! She is charged $20 a month for being late, rediculous!
