Payday Payroll always delivers excellent customer service!
Some of the people are nice, some are condensending and rude. The system is far from intuitive and has pittfalls and you get treated like an idiot when reaching out for help. They all seem to know there way around the system and seem well trained (when you can get ahold of them) but they sure could use some basic training on phone manners. They are not available after hours or weekends when most preople do payroll so your left in the lurch when you run into a problem.
