I was sold on something else and this is way more work than doing our own payroll in house. It was supposed to make it less work but it is more than triple the work to get time and payroll done. Customer service reps are very kind but most are new and it is difficult to get the help needed plus you spend HOURS on hold waiting and while on calls. I hate to give poor reviews but I also want to look out for other business owners.

They have an excellent website, their prices are unbeatable! You will get the best deal with paycor. However I have deducted three stars for poor customer service, I have called on multiple occasions: first time was on hold for about 50 minutes before the line dropped, second for 1 hour 53 minutes before the line dropped, and finally a third time where I have been on hold for the past 1 hour. Right now, I have been on hold with you for over an hour and a half!!!!!! Still nobody answers the phone!!!!!!!!!! Your website was messed up and When I submitted my payroll last night, it didn’t say it went through and I didn’t get an email saying it was completed. So I did it again and it went through. Then I get two emails saying my payroll has went through again! So I’m getting a double charge for payroll now... and you won’t pick up the phone!!!!!
