Star far away..... they will be painful to work with! Hour long hold times...every request that you have or inquire about will take a minimum of 2 days (if you're lucky) to get communicated with. If they call you (and they won't tell you when) and you don't pick up your phone, you will need to sit on hold for a minimum of an hour, to implement your inquiry once again. Try it....call them...for anything, and see how long you wait. My account has been closed for weeks and they're still drawing funds without even doing a payrol... read more

Paycor has completely gone down in customer service and reliability. The system is not compatible with itself let alone with the companies that are actually trying to utilize it. Currently I am on hold and have been for 1 hour and 15 minutes. This is constant with hold times. We are switching companies!!!

As an employee using this system-it needs some major simplifying. It is difficult to see how many hours you work in a day. This should be a very easy tally to find! There is way too much information making timesheets and PTO sheets super confusing and jumbled. Our company used Timeforce before. It was so simple and user friendly! One log on took you directly to where you clock it. It had only the information needed: simple, easy to read.
