This company STOLE $1100 from our business and refuses to reply to my cases. Our contract stated the promotional fees were to be paid back if we cancelled before two years. We cancelled after two years and still got this charge on our final invoice. I'll be calling on Monday to follow up but they have since completely gone silent as they know they are wrong and just flat out refusing to give me my money back.
