Overall, I have had a good experience using Paycor for HR and payroll. I like having different HR functions in one system, and the training resources are very helpful. The main area that needs improvement is customer support when resolving cases. Sometimes I have waited up to two weeks for a response or resolution. Faster support and better follow-up on open cases would make my experience with Paycor much better.

I was promised a $50 Amazon gift card from Paycor for participating in additional trainings and such. Never got it, reached out, was ignored.

This is our first ever review only because, they're hands down the absolute worst, most destructive company we've have ever dealt with in my entire life. If you run a business, RUN. Do not walk. RUN as far and as fast as you possibly can. Their platform is a complete disaster. They keep paying employees after they’ve been terminated and even pay for time that was never worked. I'm new to Paycor as of June 1. So far, it hasn't been the worst. I have definitely encountered worse payroll software. Settings and options are often not where I would put them, so it can be a little hard to navigate.

Paycor is intuitive and user friendly. Online training is helpful. I reached out to support once for assistance with 457b deductions and was able to resolve the issue right away.
