Overall, the Paycor system is easy to navigate and has a lot of additional HR support features. The only negative that I could mention is that you need to pay for premium support in order to have a dedicated team of individuals working your "account." I've worked with other HRISs that include an account manager with your basic level accounts, so this was a bit of a shock to me. The new format for mileage is very hard to use. I have to zoom out to about 30% or less on my computer just to see anything.

So far, love the platform and all the different things it has to offer. I especially love the open system. Great training and helpful support! Thank you, Paycor!

I just started using this software and I find it easy to use. It has a huge knowledge base library, and their reports are very helpful. While a big part of the use is very manual, I really like you can use some features in different ways as needed. Having mentioned all that, their support could be better, and options could be wider.

Overall, I have had a good experience using Paycor for HR and payroll. I like having different HR functions in one system, and the training resources are very helpful. The main area that needs improvement is customer support when resolving cases. Sometimes I have waited up to two weeks for a response or resolution. Faster support and better follow-up on open cases would make my experience with Paycor much better.
