Paycor will listen to what you need, ignore everything you said, and charge you higher and higher fees for services you don't want or need for as long as you'll let them. Calling them is tedious, they'll make promises of credits, and then not give you the credits. They'll promise to make changes, delete services you don't need, and then continue to charge you for them. Paycor is a great payroll company for organizations that need an all in one HRIS. They offer a time and attendance platform, they have a learning management system, quick surveys, online onboarding, payroll processing (obviously), applicant tracking, analytics, etc. They have it all! Their employees are very helpful and kind and our onboarding was very smooth! The platform is intuitive and easy to use. They're working on updating the reporting, and that will be a plus!
Paycor does a great job serving as our employee onboarding and tracking system. It has tons of great features and is a definite all in one product! Highly recommend!
DO NOT DO Business with these people. Where should i begin? Their people are not helpful. Their charges are enormous. They have kept me on hold for as much as two hours. They do not refund monies when they are ordered to do so. They hang up the phone on customers. I am reporting them to the BBB but WARNING....this company sucks. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
