Absolutely do not use this company. I have been begging for documentation and advising their "tax team" on how the payroll tax works for purely charitable organizations. They say "please keep in mind we're not CPAs." Emails are answered in 2-7 business days as best I can tell. We have been with them for nine months and are already exploring other options. Stay away!
