Paychex has been unresponsive and unwilling to help my company resolve a tax paperwork issue I've been having since April. They promise to help on the phone but never do. The only thing Paychex can do is take your money. They are worthless otherwise.
They followed through and we are very satisfied. Great payroll service. Thank you.
I am with the franchise Club Pilates and my account had turned hands 4 times. The last rep, Aaliyah Hicks, was unable to listen to my needs with my account and on payroll day I sent her my info with issues/errors and was told my account transitioned yet another time. Her supervisor Bree Wentworth, refused to help transition the account the day payroll was due and they told me to go to another office for support to basically start over. Every time I call, I get a message saying "We're experiencing higher than expected call volume" and end up waiting for close to 3 hours. Customer service reps are great if you can get ahold of them
Worst of worst payroll services . They messed up all our withholding tax payments . Then its takes them a month via email to get back to you or up to three or more hour to speak to live person on the phone .
