We dropped off our tax information well in advance of the due date and were told they would be finished in about two weeks. Weeks passed with no contact. We called two different times to check on status. The first time, we were given a generic statement that they are completed in the order they are received; we were not even asked our name. I turned in my paperwork 5 weeks before the deadline for an LLC. I was told the return would be complete in a week. When I after 5 weeks concluded that they had no intentions of doing my taxes I simply had to take my business elsewhere. Because of the owners negligence in not getting the job done, I had to file an extension . They were so unprofessional! The whole situation was unacceptable.

I can't wait for my boss to start doing his own Payroll! Do not use these people unless you enjoy paying more in taxes! If you use paychecks plus don't expect them to help you figure out where your money is going.
