I had contacted the Lemmon Valley Paycheck Advance store by phone to make a payment on my loan. While the clerk was walking me thru how to enter my bank info onto my account so I could make a $200 payment, when I clicked "continue", it took the remaining loan balance of $1205 out of my checking account-even tho I had not even put an amount in yet. Had not had a loan with them in over 10 years. They are still filling on my credit report for$20. They will be hearing from our attorney about fair credit reporting act. Poor practice business.
