I had a terrible experience with PayAnywhere. Zaria Cardenas, the vendor, assured me there was no contract involved. I didn’t sign any contract. However, the machine constantly froze during transactions and eventually stopped working completely. I reached out to Zaria multiple times to return the device she never responded. Honestly, I've never had a worse experience. Headquartered out of Troy, but... you should only expect to talk to someone from a oversea call center. Ive consistently had problems with their pay terminal. Like no functioning on key shopping days or ALWAYS NEEDING AN UP-DATE when it runs out of paper.
