Honestly, I've never had a worse experience. Headquartered out of Troy, but... you should only expect to talk to someone from a oversea call center. Ive consistently had problems with their pay terminal. Like no functioning on key shopping days or ALWAYS NEEDING AN UP-DATE when it runs out of paper.
