The staff at Payam Data Recovery were very helpful. They answered my questions and provided me with expectations on the service. When I received my data, most of it had been recovered which was great news. Prior to finalising the recovery, they sent me a list of the files that could potentially have issues with the recovery. I felt that they handled my data with care and privacy. They also provided me with helpful tips to avoid such a situation again. Great Service, I would use again if ever needed.

Payam was efficient in every aspect of my engagement. Communication of the process and progress was excellent. My faulty 4TB LaCie drive had my entire Lightroom catalogue and photos, spanning many years. Payam was able to recover all my most important photos, but not my Lightroom catalogue and its links to the edited photos. Not quite the result I hoped for, but still totally worth the cost.
The team were amazing in recovery all of my data from a Lacie External Hard Drive that just completely stopped working. Here I was thinking I’ve lost a year of shoots, and Payam and the team had the upmost confidence in recovering my data. They let me know really quick if they could do it so that put me at ease. Awesome service, friendly staff, and just an overall great experience in such a stressful time. Highly recommend!
