I filled out my direct deposit form, however, when I never got my check deposited, I made an inquiry and Hershe with PayReel told me that my check was being sent to me. Hershe also told me that I never filled out the DD form when I know I had. Seriously?? Who leaves out the PAYMENT part of the deal?? Who, in 2025, waits on a check?? I’m very frustrated with Payreel’s payment process. Despite having my direct deposit form accepted and clearly visible on my profile, I was expecting my payment today via direct deposit but instead was informed that a paper check was sent whenever I called their customer service line to see where my payment was. paper checks can take weeks to finally get, and this delay is causing me significant inconvenience. Unprofessional and uncommunicative. I would highly recommend you use a different payroll company.
